Born on the first of October 1926,
she has been a professional cake and pudding maker
for much of her working life.
From her first role creating speciality and fancy cakes in the
bakery at Swanton Morley in Norfolk at the age of 14 to her
retirement from the Officers Mess Kitchen at RAF Swanton Morley in
1986 Dot was committed to producing high quality food for others.
Her passion and skill for creating
